With the win, Sayre improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Calvary Christian (Covington, KY) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 1. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 0-1.
The Knights now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Henry Clay for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. Marion County will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-3.
