The West Mecklenburg Hawks baseball squad (Charlotte, NC), was overwhelmed 17-2 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC)

With the triumph, Berry moves its record to 3-7 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Wolves in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 0-7. Ballantyne Ridge lost 7-3 in their recent non-league contest against Union Academy (Monroe, NC)

The Hawks now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hough for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 25. West Mecklenburg will confront a Huskies squad coming off a 10-9 non-league win over West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 4-3.
