Washington High School Soccer - West Valley nudges Cheney
March 24, 2025: Spokane, WA 99212 In Monday's league outing, the host West Valley Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Cheney Blackhawks.
The Eagles (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against North Central (Spokane, WA). The Wolfpack go into the 3A/4A Greater Spokane outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, North Central got by Rogers (Spokane, WA), 5-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Blackhawks confront the Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA) in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane outing, on Wednesday, March 26. Cheney will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA).
