Virginia High School Soccer - Independence knocks off Dominion
March 24, 2025: Sterling, VA 20164 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Independence (Ashburn, VA) and the host Dominion Titans (Sterling, VA), saw Independence's soccer squad prevail over Dominion by a score of 6-2.
The (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA). The Wolverines enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Woodgrove by Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Titans confront the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 26. Dominion will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Heritage (Leesburg, VA).
