In Tuesday's non-league test, the Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bowie Bulldawgs (Austin, TX), by a tally of 11-1.

Next, the Knights clash with the San Marcos Rattlers (San Marcos, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 test, on Friday, March 27. Steele will attempt to improve on its 16-5 season record. The Rattlers enter the contest with a 7-13 record after their 13-1 league win over Judson (Converse, TX).

The Bulldawgs now hold a 14-10 record. They play next when they host Lake Travis for a 6A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, March 27. Bowie will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Austin (Austin, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-12.
