Pennsylvania High School Softball - Scranton Prep knocked off by Dallas

The Dallas Mountaineers overwhelmed the visiting Scranton Prep Cavaliers softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Mountaineers meet the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 26. Dallas will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA).

The Cavaliers (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Delaware Valley (Milford, PA). The Warriors come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Delaware Valley achieved victory over Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
