The Ritchie County Rebels crushed the host Doddridge County Bulldogs baseball team by a tally of 13-4 in Friday's league bout.

The Rebels now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Robert C. Byrd for a Big Ten bout on Saturday, March 26. Ritchie County will face a Eagles team coming off a 14-3 league win over Liberty (Clarksburg, WV). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) in a Little Kanawha bout, on Tuesday, March 29. Doddridge County will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 9-5 league win over South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV).
