March 25, 2023: Douglasville, GA 30134 South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA), 12-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, South Paulding upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Paulding County (Dallas, GA) to battle the Patriots in a 6A Area 5 test on Monday, March 27. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 7-13. Paulding County lost 14-3 in their recent league test against Alexander (Douglasville, GA)
With the defeat, Chapel Hill falls to 15-7 on the season. The Panthers host Morgan County (Madison, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, March 27. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 8-8. Morgan County won 15-0 in their recent league test against Salem (Conyers, GA)
