In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Corona Panthers baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Temescal Canyon Titans.

The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Norco (Norco, CA). The Cougars go into the Big VIII game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Norco tipped Centennial (Corona, CA), 4-3, in a league game.
