Virginia High School Lacrosse - Freeman overwhelms James River Midlothian
March 25, 2024: Midlothian, VA 23113 The Freeman Mavericks lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the host James River Midlothian Rapids to 3 in the Mavericks non-league win on Monday.
The Mavericks (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Jaguars go into the Colonial match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Glen Allen topped Monacan (Richmond, VA), 8-3, in a non-league match.
With the defeat, James River Midlothian drops to 1-4 on the season. The Rapids travel to Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a Dominion match on Wednesday, March 27. The Cavaliers go into the match with a record of 2-3. Clover Hill won 15-6 in their recent non-league match against Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA)
