March 25, 2024: Attica, OH 44807 Liberty-Benton Eagles (Findlay, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Seneca East Tigers (Attica, OH), 12-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bath for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 26. Liberty-Benton will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Lima Central Catholic (Lima, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Seneca East falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Wynford (Bucyrus, OH) to battle the Royals in a Northern 10 match on Tuesday, March 26. The Royals go into the match with a record of 0-0.
