March 25, 2025: Ariton, AL 36311 The Ariton Purple Cats (Ariton, AL) baseball trounced the visiting Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL), 9-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Purple Cats now own a 20-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Blocton for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25.
With the defeat, Normal West drops to 4-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Gibson County (Dyer, TN) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Pioneers go into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Gibson County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Chilton County (Clanton, AL)
