March 25, 2025: Medford, OK 73759 The Medford Cardinals (Medford, OK) baseball trounced the visiting Cherokee Chiefs (Cherokee, OK), 10-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Cardinals now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Woodland for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. Medford will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Ripley (Ripley, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 4-9.
With the defeat, Cherokee drops to 0-7 on the year. The Chiefs host Okeene (Okeene, OK) to clash with the Whippets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. The Whippets go into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Okeene lost 10-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Timberlake (Helena, OK)
