Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA), 6-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Hanover advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 8. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 1-2.

The Royals now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopewell for a Central match on Thursday, March 27. Prince George will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.
