In Tuesday's non-league match, the Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV) volleyball squad prevailed the host Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Eldorado Firehawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A - Sky match, on Thursday, March 27. Somerset Sky Pointe will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Firehawks enter the match with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).

With the loss, Cheyenne drops to 0-12 on the campaign. The Desert shields host Green Valley (Henderson, NV) to clash with the Gators in a 5A - Desert bout on Monday, March 31.
