Georgia High School Soccer - Jones County knocks off Eagle's Landing
March 25, 2025: Gray, GA 31032 The Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA), 5-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Greyhounds now hold a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to McDonough for a 4A Region 2 challenge on Friday, March 28. Jones County will encounter a Warhawks squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Ola (McDonough, GA). The Warhawks record now stands at 0-10.
With the loss, Eagle's Landing moves to 3-3 on the year. The Eagles host Woodland (Stockbridge, GA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a 4A Region 2 challenge on Friday, March 28. The Wolfpack go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Woodland won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA)
