Georgia High School Soccer - Etowah toppled by Walton
March 25, 2025: Woodstock, GA 30189 Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Walton moves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Roswell (Roswell, GA) to meet the Hornets in a non-league match on Friday, March 28. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 12-0. Roswell won 3-0 in their recent league match against Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA)
The Eagles now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Cobb for a 6A Region 5 match on Friday, March 28. Etowah will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-10.
