March 25, 2025: Gainesville, GA 30501 The Lanier Longhorns smashed the host Gainesville Red Elephants soccer team by a tally of 10-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next, the Longhorns face the Chattahoochee Cougars (Alpharetta, GA) in a 5A Region 7 game, on Friday, March 28. Lanier will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 4-0 league loss to Milton (Milton, GA).
The Red Elephants (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Collins Hill gained a win over Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA), 10-0, in a league game.
