March 25, 2025: Falls Church, VA 22043 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) and the host George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA), saw Oakton's soccer squad hold off George C. Marshall by a count of 2-1.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Robinson was edged by Yorktown (Arlington, VA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Statesmen battle the Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 27. George C. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Lake Braddock (Burke, VA).
