March 25, 2025: Gilcrest, CO 80623 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO) and the visiting Bennett Tigers (Bennett, CO), saw Valley's baseball team gain a win over Bennett by a tally of 12-2.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Highland (Ault, CO). The Huskies enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Highland was overwhelmed by Haxtun (Haxtun, CO), 6-3, in a league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 26. Bennett will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
