Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL), 8-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Mitchell improves its record to 3-1 on the year.
