Georgia High School Soccer - Etowah toppled by Walton
March 25, 2025: Woodstock, GA 30189 Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Walton advances its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Sprayberry (Marietta, GA) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 9-2.
The Eagles now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Cobb for a 7A Area 5 test on Friday, March 28. Etowah will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
