The Piketon Redstreaks edged the visiting North Adams Green Devils softball squad by a count of 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Redstreaks meet the Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 27. Piketon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Adena (Frankfort, OH).

The Green Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH). The Senators enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Portsmouth West was nudged by Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH), 13-5, in a non-league challenge.
