The Berkeley Yellowjackets got by the visiting Freedom Falcons baseball team by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Leandro for a West Alameda County - Foothill bout on Tuesday, March 29. Berkeley will face a Pirates team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
