March 26, 2022: Stony Brook, NY 11790 Stony Brook Bears (Stony Brook, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Collegiate Dutchmen (New York, NY), 18-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Stony Brook upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Bears host Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY) to battle the Gaels in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 29. The Gaels come into the test with a record of 1-2. Kennedy Catholic lost 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Chaminade (Mineola, NY)
With the defeat, Collegiate falls to 0-1 on the season. The Dutchmen host Packer Collegiate Institute (Brooklyn, NY) to battle the Pelicans in a non-league test on Monday, April 25. The Pelicans come into the test with a record of 0-3.
