Ohio High School Volleyball - Mt. Vernon tips Northmont
March 26, 2022: Mt. Vernon, OH 43050 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets (Mt. Vernon, OH) and the visiting Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH), saw Mt. Vernon's volleyball squad nip Northmont by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Mt. Vernon upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Elder (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
The Thunderbolts now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Vincent-St. Mary for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 26.
