Virginia High School Lacrosse - Bishop Ireton drops to Bayport-Blue Point
March 26, 2022: Alexandria, VA 22314 Bayport-Blue Point Phantoms (Bayport, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), 9-3 in a non-league battle.
The Phantoms now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rocky Point for a Section 11 II battle on Tuesday, March 29.
In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) in a Washington Catholic battle, on Tuesday, March 29. Bishop Ireton will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 19-10 non-league win over American Heritage (Delray Beach, FL).
