March 26, 2022: Atlanta, GA 30307 Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA), 10-7 in a league battle.
The Panthers now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norcross for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 31. Southwest DeKalb will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Lakeside (Atlanta, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-8.
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA) in a 1A-5A Area 1 battle, on Thursday, March 31. Druid Hills will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Golden Lions come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 13-8 non-league loss to Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA).
