March 26, 2022: Chicago, IL 60625 The Amundsen Vikings smashed the visiting Northtown Pumas soccer squad by a margin of 6-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Vikings now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northside for a Chicago Public First Division North match on Tuesday, March 29. Amundsen will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Jones (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Northtown drops to 0-2 on the season. The Pumas host Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Cristeros in a Chicago Prep match on Thursday, March 31.
