In Saturday's non-league contest, the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) softball team the host Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA), by a margin of 3-1.

With the triumph, Abington Heights moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Comets travel to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to play the Royals in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 30. The Royals come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA) in a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference contest, on Tuesday, March 29. Parkland will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
