Alabama High School Softball - Daphne bounces Maplesville
March 26, 2022: Maplesville, AL 36750 Daphne Trojans (Daphne, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Maplesville Red Devils (Maplesville, AL), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 27-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Martin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 26. Daphne will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 4-2 league win over D'Iberville (D'Iberville, MS). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Maplesville falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to West Blocton (West Blocton, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-6. West Blocton lost 11-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hueytown (Hueytown, AL)
