California High School Softball - Norco gets by St. Anthony
March 26, 2022: Norco, CA 92860 The Norco Cougars (Norco, CA) softball nipped the visiting St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Great Oak (Temecula, CA). The Wolfpack go into the non-league bout with a 7-6 record. In their last bout, Great Oak was edged by Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA), 4-0, in a league bout.
The Saints now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Bishop Amat for a Del Rey bout on Tuesday, March 29. St. Anthony will confront a Lancers squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 9-5.
