March 26, 2024: Fort Gibson, OK 74434 Fort Gibson Tigers (Fort Gibson, OK) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bethany Bronchos (Bethany, OK), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers face the Mannford Pirates (Mannford, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 2. Fort Gibson will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to McLoud (McLoud, OK).
The Bronchos now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Madill for a 4A District 3 challenge on Thursday, March 28. Bethany will face a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Durant (Durant, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
