March 26, 2024: Smithsburg, MD 21783 Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Tuscarora Titans (Frederick, MD), 6-3 in a non-league battle.
The Leopards now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Governor Thomas Johnson for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 28. Smithsburg will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 20-1 league loss to Catoctin (Thurmont, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Titans clash with the North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 2. Tuscarora will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Hubs come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 17-2 non-league loss to Catoctin (Thurmont, MD).
