Louisiana High School Softball - Evans bounces Pleasant Hill
March 26, 2024: Pleasant Hill, LA 71065 Evans Eagles (Evans, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pleasant Hill Eagles (Pleasant Hill, LA), 16-7 in a league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hornbeck for a C District 3 challenge on Thursday, March 28. Evans will face a Hornets squad coming off a 9-5 league loss to Simpson (Simpson, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, Pleasant Hill falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lakeview (Campti, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Gators enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Lakeview lost 18-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Northwood (Lena, LA)
