Louisiana High School Softball - McGehee bounces West St. John
March 26, 2024: Edgard, LA 70049 McGehee Hawks (New Orleans, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA), 18-0 in a league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Martin's Episcopal for a 1A District 10 challenge on Thursday, March 28. McGehee will battle a Saints squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Varnado (Angie, LA). The Saints record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, West St. John falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to battle the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 27. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 5-5.
