The Easton Area Rovers (Easton, PA) baseball got by the visiting Stroudsburg Mountaineers (Stroudsburg, PA), 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Rovers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom for a Eastern Penn - Steel challenge on Friday, March 28. Easton Area will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Stroudsburg drops to 1-2 on the year. The Mountaineers host Whitehall (Whitehall, PA) to clash with the Zephyrs in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. The Zephyrs go into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Whitehall lost 7-0 in their recent league challenge against Parkland (Allentown, PA)
