March 26, 2025: Grain Valley, MO 64029 The Grain Valley Eagles (Grain Valley, MO) baseball trounced the visiting Kearney Bulldogs (Kearney, MO), 12-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kearney for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. Grain Valley will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Kearney drops to 2-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host Fort Osage (Independence, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
