The Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers baseball squad (Melbourne, FL), was overwhelmed 9-5 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Merritt Island Mustangs (Merritt Island, FL)

With the triumph, Merritt Island moves its record to 13-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Cocoa (Cocoa, FL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 0-12. Cocoa lost 44-0 in their recent non-league contest against Rockledge (Rockledge, FL)

The Hustlers now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Port St. Lucie for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 27.
