The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) and the visiting St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA), saw Pope John Paul II's baseball team gain a win over St. Thomas Aquinas by a tally of 3-1.

The Jaguars now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they host Northlake Christian for a 2A District 9 challenge on Friday, March 28. Pope John Paul II will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 3-1 league win over French Settlement (French Settlement, LA). The Wolverines record now stands at 12-11.
