The Rantoul Eagles baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Schlarman Hilltoppers to 2 in the Eagles non-league win on Wednesday.

The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoopeston for a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. Rantoul will clash with a Cornjerkers team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Paris (Paris, IL). The Cornjerkers record now stands at 1-4.
