Virginia High School Soccer - Lafayette nudged by Great Bridge
March 26, 2025: Chesapeake, VA 23322 Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Great Bridge advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA) to clash with the Dolphins in a non-league test on Friday, March 28. The Dolphins come into the test with a record of 1-1. Ocean Lakes lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA)
The Rams now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deep Run for a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. Lafayette will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
