Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Oxford drops to Downingtown West
March 26, 2025: Oxford, PA 19363 Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), 15-2 in a league game.
With the victory, Downingtown West advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Whippets host Great Valley (Malvern, PA) to play the Patriots in a Ches-Mont game on Friday, March 28. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-3. Great Valley lost 16-1 in their recent league game against Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA)
The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennett for a Ches-Mont game on Thursday, March 27. Oxford will play a Blue Demons team coming off a 16-3 league win over Sun Valley (Aston, PA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 1-4.
