The Welsh Greyhounds nipped the visiting Notre Dame Pioneers baseball squad by a score of 5-4 in Thursday's league outing.

Next up, the Greyhounds battle the Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 27. Welsh will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 11-16 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Saline (Saline, LA).
