Maryland High School Lacrosse - DeMatha overwhelms Langley
March 26, 2026: Hyattsville, MD 20781 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) and the visiting Langley Saxons (McLean, VA), saw DeMatha's lacrosse team achieve victory over Langley by a margin of 12-6.
With the victory, DeMatha betters its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Stags host Riverside (Leesburg, VA) to meet the Ram in a non-league contest on Friday, April 10. The Ram enter the contest with a record of 3-0. Riverside won 17-4 in their recent non-league contest against Oakton (Vienna, VA)
Next, the Saxons meet the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 28. Langley will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Landsharks enter the contest with a 4-6 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Dorman (Roebuck, SC).
