In Thursday's non-league match, the host High Point Wildcats softball team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Blair Academy Bucs.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ). The Vikings come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record.
