Virginia High School Baseball - Woodgrove loses to South Lakes
March 27, 2023: Reston, VA 20191 The South Lakes Seahawks crushed the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines baseball team by a count of 8-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Seahawks now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oakton for a Concorde bout on Tuesday, March 28. South Lakes will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
Next, the Wolverines face the Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Woodgrove will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 6-1 league win over Dominion (Sterling, VA).
