North Carolina High School Softball - Bethel Christian Academy bounces Wayne Preparatory Academy
March 27, 2023: Kinston, NC 28504 Bethel Christian Academy Trojans (Kinston, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals (Goldsboro, NC), 18-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty Christian Academy for a NCCSA challenge on Thursday, March 30. Bethel Christian Academy will battle a Heat squad coming off a 16-2 league loss to Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC). The Heat record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Wayne Preparatory Academy falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Generals host North East Carolina Prep (Tarboro, NC) to battle the in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 7. The enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. North East Carolina Prep lost 21-0 in their recent league challenge against Riverside-Martin (Williamston, NC)
