The McConnellsburg Spartans baseball squad (McConnellsburg, PA), was edged 6-5 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA)

With the triumph, Windber moves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Ramblers host Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA) to confront the Blue Jays in a non-league contest on Monday, March 31. The Blue Jays come into the contest with a record of 4-1. Conemaugh Valley won 8-5 in their recent league contest against Marion Center (Marion Center, PA)

The Spartans now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. McConnellsburg will confront a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 league win over GVCS Broadfording (Hagerstown, MD). The Knights record now stands at 2-0.
