Georgia High School Lacrosse - Archer drops to Jackson County
March 27, 2025: Jefferson, GA 30548 Jackson County Panthers (Jefferson, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA), 19-1 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Jackson County advances its record to 7-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, GA) to encounter the Red Elephants in a 2A Area 8 battle on Tuesday, April 1. The Red Elephants come into the battle with a record of 4-8. Gainesville lost 21-5 in their recent league battle against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA)
The Tigers now sport a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grayson for a 3A Area 6 battle on Tuesday, April 1. Archer will encounter a Rams team coming off a 16-5 non-league loss to Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA). The Rams record now stands at 2-12.
